Here’s a nice Flash utility that is a must for Flash developers called Zoom + Pan Controls. This tool allows you to provide control to your dynamic content such as imagery and swf files. The button controls available allow for zooming, panning and resetting the position of the image. Also, there is a slick ease of motion when zooming in and out that adds that extra eye candy to the experience.
