Yesterday, I had mentioned of FlashEff, a new and innovative Flash animation tool. FlashEff is offered in a free and premium version in which differ in the amount of features and amount of available patterns that come equipped upon installation.
What is the Flash Effects Gallery?
The great thing about the effects that FlashEff creates is how you can mix and match them to create your own personalized effects. An entire community of over 12,000(and counting) is based around this concept called the FlashEff Effects Gallery. This effects gallery allows you to create and submit your personalized effects and also allows you to pick and choose one of your liking for use.
