Who wants to win a FlairBuilder License?
Earlier this week, I introduced a new, innovative prototyping tool called FlairBuilder. I was happy to help Cristian Pascu get the word out about his new application. If you are one of the many that has downloaded the trial, I’d love to see what type of wireframes you’ve come up with.
After many trial downloads, Cristian and I decided to provide an opportunity to earn yourself a free license of FlairBuilder. Cristian was kind enough to giveaway 5 FlairBuilder licenses to those willing to participate in this contest.
How do I participate?
We would like for you to create a 2-3 wireframe flow based on a new or existing website or project. This is not only a great opportunity to really experience the excitement surrounding FlairBuilder,it is also an opportunity to win yourself a license. Once you’ve created your wireframe flow, use the comment section below to link to it from your own server using the live online viewer.
Submit an URL like this:
http://www.flairbuilder.com/viewer/?url=YOUR_OWN_URL_HERE
The rules…
- The rules are simple. All that we ask is to submit something that you’ll be proud of.
- You must leave a valid email address when filling up the comment form.
- Contest ends May 25, 2009, after which comments will be disabled.
- Winners will be selected by Cristian himself
Can’t wait to see the results. Have fun!

Don’t you hate it when things that should work, don’t work themselves out. Earlier last week, I updated my feeds using Google’s new FeedBurner setup which was painless. However, that is until I realized that the subscribed user count dropped in half.
If any of you are having issues with viewing the RSS feed, you can simply re-subscribe. That should fix things. I apologize for the inconveince, but this is one of those time where things should work themselves out.

It is always great to wake up every morning to find out that a new AS3 class or library has been introduced to the Flash community. You know that saying that too much of a good thing is a bad thing. This might just fit that saying. (almost)
It’s as if more time is needed to actually give these fresh new tools a thorough test run. If only there were a few more hours in a day, then just maybe some of it could be put into good use.
I am curious: Are you able to find time to integrate these new AS3 tools into your projects?

As the new year enters, I am sure there is going to be a lot to talk and post about. In 2008, posts on Flash Speaks ActionScript were randomly chosen with little user influence. As we begin 2009, I would like to open up suggestions to all new and existing users on Flash Speaks ActionScript. To help kick suggestions along, I have integrated a new suggestion panel called Skribit.
Skribit is an innovative tool that provides a content suggestion service helping bloggers discover relevant topics to write about from their readers.
How do I use the Skribit Suggestion Panel?

You can either vote on the existing user suggestions in the Skribit panel within the sidebar or directly at FSA’s Skribit profile page. You can also suggest your own topics at FSA’s Skribit profile page.
I looking foward to see what users would like see here on Flash Speaks ActionScript. If you have any other questions, concerns or comments, feel free to contact me via the contact page.
