25 Lines Contest: Time To Vote

Earlier last month Keith Peters announced a newly revived ActionScripting contest called "What can you do in 25 lines of code?".  This new contest is meant  to see what people could come up with using these new tools that have been introduced over the years with the latest being Flash CS4. The finalists for the November/December contest have been chosen and I have to say so far I am impressed.  Support your fellow community members and vote for your most favorite 25 lines of code.

The guys over at Digicrafts provided a new twist to the "CoverFlow effect" in their new component, PhotoFlip 3D CS.  PhotoFlip 3D CS allows you to build a real time 3D coverflow effect without the need of much ActionScripting knowledge.

Integrating a Kuler Panel Within Flash CS3/4

As many have come to know, Kuler is a great color theme-sharing tool released by Adobe. It started out as a web-based application that enabled users to create, save, and download community-created color themes.   This community wave led to the creation of many Kuler tools like: Mac OS X Dashboard widget, Kuler Desktop, and now comes the Kuler Panel.
